About Mario Kucera

Mario first fell in love with Latin American culture on the cobblestone streets of San Miguel de Allende, in Guadalajara, Mexico – He was born and raised in Texas, later obtaining his B.A. in Spanish and Theatre from Morehead State University in Kentucky. Upon graduating in 2010, he moved to the Dominican Republic where he worked at an NGO called Orphanage Outreach (now Outreach360) as both the Director of an English institute, as well as a Site Leader for an all-boys Orphanage. In the summer of 2014, he traveled to Peru with a group of 18 adolescents through Westcoast Connection/360 Student Travel. He is very excited to join the Community Enterprise Solutions staff this year as a Field Leader, returning to the country he soon hopes to call home.
